Raw Chocolate Rough

2 tbsp. cacao
3 tbsp. coconut oil
1 ½ tbsp. pure maple syrup
3 to 4 tbsp. shredded coconut

In a small bowl simply place your cacao and coconut oil, stirring well until your mixture is smooth, with no lumps of cacao present.  Then add the maple syrup, mixing through well.  It will now look silky smooth.  Lastly add the shredded coconut, stirring through, and spoon mixture into small foil pans or mound teaspoonful’s in small muffin tins and place in the fridge for a short while until set.
Gently loosen choc treat with a spoon (if you used the muffin trays), and place in an airtight container in the fridge until you are ready to eat.

This is a super quick and easy snack to make to have on hand when those cravings for chocolate hit.  Moderation is the key here, but having said that, raw cacao is a great source of magnesium amongst other health benefits.
Simply satisfying!
And
Very moreish!
So show just a little restraint and remember to share

An alternative way to eat this yummyness would be to cut a wedge length ways in a banana and spoon this chocolate filling along to fill.  Slice into small chunks ready to pop in your mouth.

Enjoy  💓 Shaz
